What began in 1986 in Zell am See as a regional engineering office has evolved into an international network for planning and construction. The founding of BauCon International ZT GmbH (BCI)
In 2024, a major milestone was reached: the founding of BCI – BauCon International GmbH. The goal of this restructuring was to strategically consolidate the steadily growing international business and to further expand the global presence. Led by Dr. Hans-Martin Leitner and DI Florian Jandl as CEOs, BCI continues the tradition of BauCon – characterized by high technical competence, sustainable planning, and international cooperation. The number of employees rose to over 100 specialists worldwide. In 2025, another milestone followed with the opening of the office in Sydney (Australia) – a consistent step towards becoming a globally connected engineering brand.
